Genesis is seeking Highly Motivated and Dependable Individuals to Qualify, Certify, and Service a Fortune 500 Company in the fields of Customer Care & Roadside Assistance Support through inbound communications.
As an Agent, you will provide Outbound and Inbound Phone Customer Service and Provide Spanish Language Support as needed for Roadside Assistance. Specifically, responsibilities include:
- 24/7 servicing of inbound calls for roadside assistance and other service requests
- Possible outbound calls in English or Spanish to client, client’s customers and/or client account rep
- Possible translation calls from Spanish to English for secondary services
- Must complete a Spanish language assessment
- Available a minimum 15 hours per week (5 of those hours on Saturday and/or Sunday)
